Pinot Gris

This PINOT GRIS comes from a west facing vineyard in beautiful Lake Country. While Pinot Gris
grapes are a bluish grey colour, the wine can have a deep coral hue to just a hint of pale straw. Rich aromas of pineapple, melon, pear and vanilla are at the core of this wine.  The palate is creamy yet blanced nicely with a crisp acidity.

This full-bodied wine will show very well with poultry and flavourful cheeses.
